The chakra is a fine material center of life energy, also described as an energy vortex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The body has many energy points, known as chakras, both large and small, and they are connected by energy channels through which life energy flows.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, energy therapy focuses on the seven traditional chakras along the spine, from the groin to the scalp. Each major chakra has its own specific function, and each chakra also affects other physical, mental, and spiritual functions. When the movement of energy is disrupted or even blocked in the chakras, ailments and diseases begin to occur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Solar plexus<\/strong> is also known as <strong>navel chakra <\/strong>and <strong>third chakra<\/strong> ning inglisekeelse nimetusega <em>solar plexus<\/em>. In Sanskrit it is also called <strong>manipura<\/strong>. The meaning of the word manipura in Sanskrit is divided into two words: <em>mani<\/em>which means \"jewel\" and <em>pura <\/em>or <em>puri<\/em>which means \"city\". In short, it means the city of jewels. A beautiful metaphor that depicts the third chakra as a treasure trove of your personal strength and well-being. It is thought to have a magnetic effect that attracts from the universe <em>qi<\/em>or <em>prana<\/em>to us. Yoga teachings say that this chakra gives us a clear sense of who we are and what our purpose is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\"><strong>OVERVIEW OF SOLAR PLEXUS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Location: <\/strong>above the navel, at the level of the stomach, at the line of the navel and chest<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Body parts\/organs:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each chakra is responsible for supplying energy to the organs and parts of the body in which it is located. The third chakra directly affects the area of the body where it is located. It gives energy to the <strong>stomach<\/strong>, <strong>small intestine<\/strong>, <strong>spleen<\/strong>, <strong>pancreas <\/strong>, <strong>gallbladder <\/strong>and <strong>liver<\/strong>. Its main function in the body is <strong>the regulation of digestive processes<\/strong>. It is not only the center of the body, but also the center of the soul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>People with a balanced and well-developed solar plexus <strong>know exactly what they want<\/strong> and <strong>don't allow others to cross their borders<\/strong>. They <strong>trust their gut feeling<\/strong>, are <strong>determined<\/strong>, <strong>stabile <\/strong>and <strong>active<\/strong>. However, so that the situation doesn't culminate further, it is advisable to deal with this chakra proactively and take care of it. In this way, it is also possible to prevent possible later complaints and diseases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\"><strong>ACTIVATING SOLAR PLEXUS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Chakras can be activated and balanced through <strong>energetic therapies<\/strong>, like <a href=\"https:\/\/hingelaegas.ee\/blogi\/reiki-tervendav-vagi-nii-kehale-vaimule-kui-hingele\/\">Reiki <\/a>or other energetic massages, as well as physiotherapy, yoga, meditations and much more. But it is also very important <strong>to contribute to changing your own lifestyle and thought patterns<\/strong>to maximize the effect and keep the result permanent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is a lot that you can do yourself to support and strengthen the chakras. The movement of energy can already be harmonized through conscious thinking and experience of nature. It is also possible to do various healing exercises, which we will look at below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At this point, however, it is also appropriate to recall the good old grain of wisdom that <strong>everything you think, you become, and you will draw it to your life<\/strong>. Thus, in addition to various therapies and other supportive practicies, it is important to monitor and work with your thoughts and attitudes in order to keep yourself more balanced through directing your thoughts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tips for activating the solar plexus<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>It is possible to constantly support your solar plexus and help it stay in balance. You can use the following tips and tricks:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Stay as much as possible <strong>out in the sun<\/strong>, it activates the third chakra very well.<\/li><li>Light in the evening or in chilly or cold weather a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hingelaegas.ee\/product-category\/kasitookuunlad\/\">candle <\/a><\/strong>or <strong>a fire in the fireplace<\/strong> and let its flame and heat affect you.<\/li><li><strong>Keep yourself warm<\/strong> and make sure that you don't get cold in vain.<\/li><li>Drink <strong>water harmonized with semi-precious stones<\/strong>. See below for stone recommendations. Put the cleaned and washed stones in a container and fill the container with water. Allow the stones to charge for a while before drinking.<\/li><li>It is recommended to take <strong>relaxing baths <\/strong>for the whole body, adding to the bath some <a href=\"https:\/\/hingelaegas.ee\/product-category\/aroomiteraapia\/eeterlikud-baasolid\/eeterlikud-olid\/\">essential oils<\/a> (look for recommendations below). You can use different <strong>aromatherapeutic methods<\/strong>, for example oil burners, diffusers, or body oils.<\/li><li>Use <strong>yellow or golden color<\/strong>. For example, you can bring home yellow flowers (sunflower, courier cup, foal, sword, tulip, dandelion, leaf, goldenrod, etc.) or add yellow \/ golden details to the interior.<\/li><li>Eat <strong>yellow-colored vegetables, fruits, or berries<\/strong>. Prepare yellow-colored food. And orange food also activates the third chakra (see for example <a href=\"https:\/\/hingelaegas.ee\/blogi\/kuidas-tasakaalustada-ja-aktiveerida-sakraaltsakrat\/\">food that support the sacral chakra<\/a>). Suitable fruits and berries are, for example, melon, lemon, pineapple, banana, blackberry, grapefruit. In addition, you can consume corn, millet, pumpkin, butter, chanterelles, egg yolk, sunflower and flax seeds, and almonds. Of the spices and herbs, the third chakra is supported by turmeric, saffron, cumin, cinnamon, ginger, chamomile, lemongrass, mint, melissa.<\/li><li>Use <strong>semi-precious stones<\/strong> or wear jewelry made from them. See suggestions below.<\/li><li>Repeat <strong>affirmations <\/strong>or chant <strong>mantras<\/strong>. See recommendations below.<\/li><li><strong>Meditate<\/strong>. You can use the suggested <strong>color meditation <\/strong>or listen to various chakra-supporting meditations on YouTube. Meditate for the third chakra in a bright place, if possible, as the sun activates it strongly, but still avoid the scorching midday sun.<\/li><li>If you can use <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hingelaegas.ee\/blogi\/reiki-tervendav-vagi-nii-kehale-vaimule-kui-hingele\/\">Reiki<\/a><\/strong>, you can also charge your solar plexus with Reiki. Or if you have not practiced Reiki before, instead you can try <strong>the healing exercises below<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\"><strong>Essential oils<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To support and activate your solar plexus you can try <a href=\"https:\/\/hingelaegas.ee\/product-category\/aroomiteraapia\/\">aromatherapy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To do this, add 3-4 drops of a suitable essential oil <strong>to a foot bath<\/strong> or make pleasant <strong>warm and relaxing bath for the whole body<\/strong>. Cognition makes it easier to embrace these conformations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mantra<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Chanting mantras is an ancient and proven method of energetically strengthening the chakras. It helps release tensions and remove blockages in the chakra and activates it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The traditional mantra of the third chakra is \"RAM\".<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To chant a mantra, find a peaceful place where you will not be disturbed. You can sit or stand, the main thing is that you are comfortable and that your chest is open.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Close your eyes and focus all your attention on the solar plexus. Once this has become the center of your awareness, you can start chanting the mantra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When repeating the mantra, try to feel yourself inside and sense the mantra. Notice the reverberation that echoes through your body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Breathe calmly and evenly. Try to find your rhythm, usually it goes according to the breathing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the beginning, practice the mantra for up to 15 minutes. If possible, repeat this often.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\"><strong>Color meditation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sit on a chair or pillow, your legs in a full or half lotos position, and stretch your spine. If you wish, you can also meditate lying down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Close your eyes and take a deep breath in and out. Turn your palms up, you can support them on your thighs while sitting. Allow the whole body to relax.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then turn your mind inwards and focus on the location of the solar plexus  in the upper abdomen, above the navel. Imagine a warm swirl of golden-yellow light flowing there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Feel how this vortex increases when you inhale and contracts when you exhale. Watch the light pulsate in the rhythm of your breathing. Continue breathing like this until you feel the chakra evenly filled with intense golden-yellow light.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you feel the pulsation of energy in the whole abdomen, allow the energy to calm down. Breathe deeply and calmly a few more times. Then open your eyes and return to your everyday life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\"><strong>Healing exercise<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Lie down and close your eyes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rub your palms against each other until they are warm and charged with energy. If you know how to use Reiki, you can also connect yourself with the healing power of Reiki. Then place your left hand above your navel on your abdomen and your right hand on it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the same time, try to relax and release your body from tension. Focus on breathing - take a deep breath in and out seven times. Feel the golden-yellow warm energy flowing from your hands into your solar plexus with each breath.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Be in the moment and feel and enjoy the warmth that flows through the third chakra.
