The chakra is a fine material center of life energy, also described as an energy vortex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The body has many energy points, known as chakras, both large and small, and they are connected by energy channels through which life energy flows.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, energy therapy focuses on the seven traditional chakras along the spine, from the groin to the scalp. Each major chakra has its own specific function, and each chakra also affects other physical, mental, and spiritual functions. When the movement of energy is disrupted or even blocked in the chakras, ailments and diseases begin to occur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The third eye <\/strong>is also known as <strong>the brow chakra<\/strong> and <strong>the sixth chakra<\/strong>. In Sanskrit, it is called <em><strong>ajna<\/strong><\/em> and it means \"authority,\" \"command,\" or<em> <\/em>\u201cperceiving\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\"><strong>OVERVIEW OF THE THIRD EYE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Location: <\/strong>between the eyebrows in the middle of the forehead, above the base of the nose<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Body parts\/organs:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each chakra is responsible for supplying energy to the organs and parts of the body in which it is located. Thus, in addition to various therapies and other supportive practicies, it is important to monitor and work with your thoughts and attitudes in order to keep yourself more balanced through directing your thoughts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tips for activating the third eye<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>It is possible to constantly support your brow chakra and help it stay in balance. In addition, you can consume eggplant, red (purple) cabbage, purple sweet potatoes (sweet potatoes), and purple kale. Of the herbs and spices, the sixth chakra is supported by licorice root, dill, thyme, poppy seeds, and mint. You can drink cocoa or consume foods with a higher cocoa content, as cocoa contains antioxidants that release the well-being hormone serotonin, which improves blood circulation of the brain. Omega-3 fatty acid rich foods such as salmon, walnuts, and avocado are also useful. And, of course, you should consume plenty of water, because water helps the body to move, both physically and energetically. However, to support the third eye, remember that first you should listen to is your body and consume excatly what your body is signaling you that it needs.<\/li><li>Use <strong>semi-precious stones<\/strong> or wear jewelry made from them. Watch the indigo blue light pulsate in the rhythm of your breathing. Continue breathing like this until you feel the chakra evenly filled with intense indigo blue light.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Try to feel the spread of energy first in the forehead and then throughout the whole spiritual space. Then allow the energy to calm down. Breathe deeply and calmly a few more times. Then open your eyes and return to your everyday life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\"><strong>Healing exercise<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Lie down and close your eyes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rub your palms against each other until they are warm and charged with energy. Then place your left hand gently on your forehead and your right hand on it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the same time, try to relax and release your body from tension.
