Of course, it also has positive psychological effects, as aromas effectively affect the part of our brain that deals with our emotions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aromatherapy can usually be done by inhalation<\/strong> (inhaling the aromas) <strong>or by topical application to the skin.<\/strong> In this post, I will focus on the first option, how to benefit from aromatherapy through inhaling the aromas.<\/p>\n<h1>Inhalation<\/h1>\n<p><strong>Inhalation <\/strong>means that the essential or aromatic oils are sprayed or evaporated into the air through which they can be inhaled.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hingelaegas.ee\/tootekategooria\/aroomiteraapia\/aroomiolid\/\"><strong>Aromatic oils<\/strong><\/a>, synthetically produced by man in laboratories, are used only for aromatic and relaxing purposes and have no healing effect. <a href=\"https:\/\/hingelaegas.ee\/tootekategooria\/aroomiteraapia\/eeterlikud-olid\/\"><strong>Essential oils<\/strong><\/a>, which are extracted from the plants, help relieve respiratory ailments, reduce mucosal swelling and, of course, have positive psychological effects, in addition to pleasant and relaxing aromas.<\/p>\n<p>Inhaling essential oils also stimulates our sense of smell and the part of the brain that is involved in smelling, including our nose and our brain. Molecules that enter our body through the nose or mouth travel to the lungs and from there to the whole body. When these molecules reach the limbic system beneath our cerebral cortex, which is associated with our emotions, they also <strong>affect our heart rate, blood pressure, respiration rate, memory, stress levels, and hormonal balance.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After a busy day, there are many ways to relax with aromatherapy. Using essential oils with the help of the examples below, we inhale pure nature because, as I mentioned earlier, essential oils are extracted directly from plants. To do this, pour hot water into a large bowl and add a few drops of essential oil, the properties of which describe the relief of the respective ailments. You can then calmly inhale soothing and healing fumes over the bowl. However, it is important to remember that the essential oils are highly concentrated and it is not recommended to perform the direct inhalation procedure for more than 5 minutes!<\/p>\n<h2>Aroma spray<\/h2>\n<p>However, if you want to bring home a fresh and stimulating (or rather soothing) aroma, you can dilute the essential oils in water and spray them into the air with homemade <strong>aroma spray<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This would require an empty spray bottle, where you can add a suitable amount of water and a few (rather tens, depending on the size of the bottle) drops of essential oil. The prepared mixture should then be mixed or shaken well. It is also important to shake the mixture well before each use, because as we remember from the physics lesson, the water and oil don't mix well.<\/p>\n<p>When adding essential oil, about 20 drops of essential oil per 120 ml of water should be taken into account to obtain a milder aroma. However, you can make a natural and pure fragrance at home. This way you know for sure what lies inside and you can choose the combination you like from the essential oils.<\/p>\n<p>For DIY, you need:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a jar with a narrower collar<\/li>\n<li>distilled water or carrier oil<\/li>\n<li>a bit of pure alcohol or a teaspoon of salt<\/li>\n<li>reeds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To make a room freshener, look for a jar with a narrower collar, to which distilled water or a lighter type of carrier oil can be added according to the capacity of the jar (for example, fractionated coconut and sweet almond oil are well suited for this). Then I would also recommend adding a bit of pure alcohol or a teaspoon of salt to the water to help bind the essential oils to the water. In case you are using carrier oil, it should also be beneficial to add a bit of pure alcohol, as alcohol reduces the density of the oil and helps the aroma move up more easily. From domestic remedies, pure vodka would also be suitable for this (perhaps you have a bit set aside for vodka socks), although alcohol with a content of more than 90% is the most effective.<\/p>\n<p>When choosing a jar, a container of 30-50 ml for a small room and a container of 100-150 ml for a larger room could be considered.<\/p>\n<p>When adding essential oil, consider about 15-20 drops of essential oil per 60 ml of water\/oil to obtain a delicate and mild aroma. Or, for a more intense aroma, about 25-30 drops of essential oil per 60 ml of water\/oil. Specify the exact amount of essential oil according to the volume of water or oil used.<\/p>\n<p>When the mixture is ready, install some reed sticks to disperse the smell (for example 6-10 pieces, depending on how intensively you want to disperse the smell) and you're done!<\/p>\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/hingelaegas.ee\/tootekategooria\/kodusisustus\/aroomilambid\/\">Oil burner<\/a><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hingelaegas.ee\/tootekategooria\/kodusisustus\/aroomilambid\/\">Oil burners<\/a> are ceramic mini-sculptures with a small cavity above it for storing the water or wax, and it is empty inside so that a small candle can be placed inside to heat the liquid.<\/p>\n<p>Oil burners are easy to use and practical.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hingelaegas.ee\/product-category\/aroomiteraapia\/eeterlikud-baasolid\/eeterlikud-olid\/\"><strong>When using essential oils<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0 or oil blends, add a little water to the cavity (maximum to the edge of the cavity) and then add <strong>2-3 drops <\/strong>of favorable essential oil. However, it should be kept in mind that since the essential oils are pure plant extracts, they should not be used in a diffuser for more than 8 hours a day.<\/p>\n<p>When using the aroma diffuser, place the product on a straight surface.<\/p>\n<p>Turn the top of the device (or just lift it, depending on the device) and remove it from the bottom part of the diffuser.<\/p>\n<p>Add water to the water tank up to the maximum fill line (marked as MAX). Then add <strong>2-3 drops of essential oil<\/strong>. Later, the amount can be increased to 3-5 drops.<\/p>\n<p>Replace the top of the diffuser back on the bottom part and tighten it.<\/p>\n<p>When all preparations have been done, plug in the adapter or the USB for the electrical device (or adapter) and turn the device ON.<\/p>\n<p>Some devices also have a timer and the ability to change colors with LED lights.
